Default exhaust lengths etc.options

Hi.I've fitted a 2nd hand hayward and scott down pipe and its too short for existing mid pipe and an after market mid pipe that I tried.
Have I bought a classic downpipe?
It's 05 wrx wagon ppp.

Mixing and matching different exhausts usually never works I'm afraid.

Ok.so I've read that classic downpipe is shorter but classic centre section is longer.
So I suppose my choices are sell downpipe or centre section and buy either a classic centre to go with classic downpipe or buy a newage downpipe which I thought I'd bought.doh.

If your going to buy a classic system for a newage you need to buy all classic, i fitted a newage to my classic some years back fitted ok, not perfect fit

The main problem is the hole for the lamba sensor is different on classic and newage, some manufactors fit 2 holes so can be fitted to either model which mine had

Then if you get a classic center and rear section and should be fine, might not be perfect fit as mine wasn't but still fit.

Or sell down pipe and buy correct one
