So after long last...
I can actually insure a scooby for around 1k a year, using gocompare - figured if i used a scooby specialist i might even get it under a grand!
So thought i would sign up and have a look about the forums and gauge whats what, i really like the bugeye scooby and i think thats what i would be looking to get.
Any suggestions on what to look out for etc would be appreciated.

yeah i will do usually quite reliable for me tho tbh, like i said id be looking to try and get the price down a little more through specialists directly etc - noticed the classifieds on here are well tumbleweed worthy whats with that?
What price are you looking to pay and what model are you after?
Another thing with the insurance search engines is that they give you a good price (sometimes) but if you look in to it your not covered for a lot things. They give you a price on a very basic pack. Another one was Churchill when they were guaranteeing they would beat your renewal quote. they did with mine by £1 but they would only insure it if the car had a tracker device! I had a right whinge at them but they still said they beat my renewal price... lol
