Default AirBag light and Horn not working

For some reason the horn has stopped working and also the Air bag light has come on at the same time.

I don't have 12V coming into the wire yet the fuses are all OK. Does the horn have a relay?

The air bag light is on, now I had an OMP wheel on which I took off and in replacement of the air bag a fuse was put in one pin and into the other pin of the air bag connector, now this worked fine and air bag light was off until it came on the dash.

2002 Prodrive STi, I don't have air bags in the seats do I ? As I couldn't see any wires under them.

Any other ideas what I can check...

Also is there some sort of diagnostic machine or software I can get from say ebay so I read the codes, it would probably help me loads!
Thanks

Had the same problem on my classic v4 sti with standard mono steering wheel. Problem turned out to be the "Squib" behind the cover. Replaced with a used one, Problem sorted.

the horn does have a relay, on my 03 it's in the fuse box by the battery, it's a 25amp one by itself

I assume you mean a resistor?
If not this is why the airbag light may be on.
