Default Need a cat or sports cat for MOT

Hi,
I need a cat to get my car passed its MOT, does anyone have a..... full standard system, standard cat or sports car for sale. Close to worcestershire.
Or i get a universal sports cat and weld it in?
Thanks,

Sorry to not be of use but I'm also from Worcester - guessing you've never had any luck with emission friendly garages nearby? I was contemplating going full decat

No i've not, unfortunatly. I've moved up here about 6 months ago and dont know anyone for a "de-cat MOT" It was never a problem before as i worked for a dealer with MOT facilities. If you do go full de-cat which i think is worth it just keep your cat for mot's or a decent quality sports cat?

Just had exactly the same problem trying to get my import through an mot as it has a full decat.i managed to get a standard Jdm turbo back exhaust system from a company called jap performance parts.co.uk.extremely helpful guys.cost me £260 including delivery and that took less then 24 hours.would recommend the service.car is now booked in for another mot on Friday then I can get it registered and on the road.

Ive just bought a seccond hand cat (from jap performance parts funnily enough), it fits fine although is too short to bolt up to the japspeed system, will it be the cat that is wrong or will i need a standard system too, (the cat is from a gc8 sti, mine is a gc8 uk2000 turbo)
Any help appreciated.
