Crap, unless remapped I'd say.

However, even remapping won't produce much better performance.
They (MD321H Billet version) both produce around 400 bhp. Even if the MD spools quicker (never had it, but I can say that the VF37 fully spools at 2800) does the performance improvement justify the cost?

VF37 helps my powerplant develop 353bhp.
A bit of strenghtening needed to safely up it to near (both) the blowers' limit.
Probably £3k+ for a 10% increase in power? (less whatever you get for the VF37).

If you're not going to use the car in a manner where tenths of seconds count then I'd say don't bother.

Don't need to change the headers on a Twinscroll, your OE ones are perfect for an upgraded turbo..... In fact they are perfect up to 500.

The OEM headers are capable in excess of 500. Mine where fine with over 600bhp, on a GT30 cored standard position turbo. They flow really well and can be very reliable.
