Many thanks to Paul and Guy at SPD Automotive for resolving the issues with my recent purchase from them. Due to the timescale involved, they could have told me to "jog on" but they went out of their way to resolve the issue, including staying behing long after they should have closed up shop in order to allow me to reach them and get the issue resolved.

Many thanks, that is true customer service and I will not hesitate to give them my business again should the need arise.
