Default 05 blob wagon rear shocks

Can anyone advise me on the correct rear shocks for my blob wagon? I spoke to camskill and they said they can only supply OEM parts for 419.00 each. I was hoping to spend £200. Will 2002 wagon shocks fit mine?
Any help or any links greatly appreciated
Cheers chris

I'm quite certain no changes were made to the wagon suspension bug/ blobeye so the wrx struts/springs wagon or saloon will fit.

http://www.eurocarparts.com/

They have rear Sachs shocks in stock for £91. That is based on the reg for my 2005 blobeye wagon.

I just got 2 new rear KYB shocks for my Hawk wagon. (I think they should be same as yours) and being KYB they are basically OEM so you know they will work. and bonus is they are normal shocks and not the inverted type already on the Hawkeye.

email that ebay seller with your REG and get them to check it for you.

Had the same issue with mine. There's been a reasonable amount of discussion on here, so it'd be worth a search. This should help for starters: https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...-2005-wrx.html

There's a reputable Subaru garage near you ?Uxbridge (sorry, can't remember the name), so it'd be worth checking them out.

For interest, I've just ordered these from Camskill - they are the front shocks for a 2005 blobeye wagon. I gave them my VIN number to check against.

£170 for the front pair.

Good to know.. any idea if they will fit a hawk WRX wagon? Just that I can see me wanting to do the fronts after I have done the rears lol.

My rears were knocking very badly, both rear shocks and top mounts have been changed but now the noise from the rear has gone I can hear the fronts are knocking too - though not anywhere as badly as the rears.

Sorry, don't know if they will fit a hawk wagon :-(
