Default Upgrade a 1994

I have a true classic Subaru 1994 L reg
Have been told I may be mad doing this as my car is mint.
But if I wanted to make it look newer what bits would fit to make it look
Like a newer one . Any ideas

Any pictures? I believe in 1997 is when the impreza was facelifted externally.

It was the bumper, bonnet, grill, headlights and then in 1999 the front bumper was updated again, easy way to tell a 99/00 bumper is a small vent either side on the bottom of the bumper.

you might be able to fit facelift bumper/grill but not sure the gaps will be perfect

mine is a facelift with a v5/6 bumper but tbh I quite like the pre facelift mainly because of mcrae's 555 impreza

Leave it as it , preface lift cars are getting rarer now.

My philosophy on car modding is simple. If it doesn't improve performance or serve a purpose, its non value added and pointless.

http://www.type-ra.com/subaru-impreza-my97-wrx-type-ra/

I have changed the brakes to four pots for safety and the OE Wheels are in for a refurb. Its on 70000 kms and all original parts.

OE is the new modded!

No rear spoiler on a WRX RA, no ABS, no DCCD, no electric windows, no central locking, no electric mirrors, not much sound proofing, no airbag, 4:444 diff, VF22, 280bhp standard ECU and cats, a manual IC Spray and only 1190kgs.

The four pots are an upgrade just for safety.

Wow did not no that . When I have seen them around they all or most have the spoiler . It's a nice looking car . So loosing weight is what that car was all about . No AC & so on .

Can't mind as I bought them quite a few years back. No more than 500 for the pair.
