Why are they not willing to send out the correct ones, once you send back the wrong ones? I would not be happy at all and would not expect a good established company to be like this.speak to your salesmen who organised the group buy and demand he sorts out the problem

Want me to have a word today? The guy who would of processed your order is a friend of mine and i'm seeing him today. PM me some details if you like (ie wrong wheels/correct wheels) and il see what I can find out.

Japshop/spd/buddyclub (same company) are based in Leyland, Preston. It's a massive warehouse setup, not just a drop by setup.

I am going to try again today. As they were on my route to go to Oulton Park for the 22b sprint, I was prepared to pop past and collect the correct wheels form them seeing as the margins they made were apparently negligible they will be losing money if hugely sent me another set.

If you know Guy, feel free to have a chat to him. I bear them no I'll will - I am just pissed that they seem to have little interest in doing anything other than refunding my money.

In the end, all I want is the wheels I asked for, at the price that everyone in the GB was offered then at.

Hi Russell,

What did they send you? I have checked all the communications for wheel choice and my spreadsheet that was sent to Japshop and they all say you wanted: XXR530 18 X 8.75" 5 X 100 ET20 in FLAT BRONZE

Guy is a nice person to deal with so hope you get this sorted.

I just got off the phone to Simon at Japshop, very helpful man. Agreed I could pick up the correct wheels on my way past to Oulton Park on the 25th.

Mutually acceptable scenario, thanks to beardo47 for putting a word in.

Simple case of sales of goods act; good not as described - they are obliged to collect the wrong items (at their expense) and either send the correct goods or issue a full refund including your postage costs. Their mistake so they must fix it - simple

How much did they cost you and would they fit a blob JDM without feckin about? May know somebody in to these if it goes **** up.

I'll find out for you if you could let me know how much they are and if they don't swap them. No promises but worth a go!
