Might look for a type-r shell and fit all my parts to it....

Would just need obviously....
Full shell minus engine and interior etc but with all body panels and glass intact..

What roughly would I pay.???

I have been keeping an eye out for a while .there is a demand for the type r shells. saloons and wagons are cheap. I have costed doing the same process you have planned, if your keeping the car for a long while it's worth it, but it's more cost effective to buy a type r that's running. I'm looking to build a wide arch type r for keeps
