Not only can you watch the event, but YOU can also compete whether you have 200bhp or 1000bhp!
You don’t need to own a Pro car to take part as this is one of the few events that lets you either find out what it is all about or try your luck against the big guns.
Trophies and prizes are awarded for all classes on the 1/4m strip with a separate award for the Handling Shootout winner. It's all up for grabs!!
There are a number of top cars already earmarked to attend this year, so it isn’t going to be easy to win that’s for sure!!

ScoobyLive Handling Circuit
A demanding sprint circuit with 5 timed laps per car! Handling shootout final for the top 4 cars at 4pm.
Entry Details
Includes entrance to event (for one person), drag strip & handling circuit @ £70 per person in advance only. (Entry fee covers race fees and public liability insurance.)
Competitor entries are strictly 1st come, 1st served and are limited to owners running Subaru’s.
Noise Limits
This year we have to abide by a static test limit of 103db @ ¾ max rpm for normal road going vehicles. “Normal Road Going Vehicles” are being dictated as those vehicles NOT entered in the PRO CLASS as proven sub 11.5s cars).
PRO CLASS entries are allowed a higher static 112db noise test limit.
As part of the competitors sign-on, a noise test will be required to be completed by official event staff on the day. This will be taken 1m away from exhaust tip, at a 45deg angle with ¾ max rpm. Should your car fail, ample opportunity will be given to you to rectify this and have a retest. Any decisions made by officials will be final.

Rules/Regs/Tyres
Please note: All cars entered must be road legal, taxed tested and insured to compete in the event. Slick tyres and wrinkle wall tyres are not allowed in the main competition. A specific tyre list will be issued shortly, but in general full tread pattern road tyres only are allowed.
Venue
Elvington Airfield, York
Elvington airfield is situated 7 miles south-east of York and 2 miles north-west of Elvington village. From the A64 it is signposted as the “Yorkshire Air museum”.
