Competitor info & passes-

As soon as we receive this year's entry tickets i'll send out the competitor info , ticket and passes direct to the addresses given on entry forms, which should be mid next week or next weekend at the latest i hope.

Spectator tickets are being dealt with by others, i'm just looking after the competitors.

Pit passes- support cars.

please be advised that we dont have enough room for every competitor to bring another support car(s) with them into pitlane, so passes will be rationed, to those who genuinely need to have a support car in pitlane with spare tyres/tools etc. please email or pm with details if you think you should have one. support cars with passes must be parked on grass not on the concrete pitlane itself.

friends and family/supporters can park up just a short way out of pitlane, its not a vast distance, and the gate marshalls will vet all cars with passes on the day as well, simply due to the space available being limited to genuine need only.

slight hold up on tickets to me has meant i will instead send out ONE competitor pass with your info to get the driver inside and parked up, anyone else in car without a ticket just pay the £15 on gate. info will go out friday at the latest to all.

anyone not listed from tonight/tomorrow when the updated list is stickied - we havent had your form through. please email me asap your full name, address and payment ref no, i need it for thursday night at the latest to get the info out to you in the post.

the numbers that have been sent out in packs will be the ones in use on the day as the same info will be on the timing computers.

anyone who forgets their pass will have to show i.d at the gate and be crossed off the competitor list held by gate staff, but easy option is stick the pass in the front screen where its visible and you can sail straight into pitlane then. :-)

anyone who hasnt received their info by tuesday should drop me a pm or email please.

Im number 54, does this mean my car is judged to be 54 out of 70 power wise? I cant undersand how this can be worked out?
