Default Rat Rod

Building a Rat Rod and want to use a IRS from a 1984 4WD from a GL. Is it strong enough? OK, a bit more...I'm using a 29 Model A ford Chassis, haven't came to a motor yet but it won't be a 300 hp or better. It will be a 4 spd. I'll have a 53' ****** cab. I know at times it will be "Torture Tracked" but at 62 i'm not into it like I once was...

I think you might want to put some more info up about the car you're building for anybody to stand a chance of answering that

He didn't say HE was going to answer your post, and a response like that will just ensure you wait a bit longer.

Just a bit of a life lesson for you. When you are asking for assistance from somebody, it helps to be pleasant, or at least, pretend!

Enjoy your wait

To answer your original question:

In some cases it will easily be strong enough, in others it will be no where near strong enough!

Hope that helps.
