Oh and putting some yellow film over the fogs. Like this.

Just needs a bit of heat

Curiosity......

......would it be too much if I did both sets of lights?

Yellow tint has arrived but before I put them on I found a nice crack which just won't do.
Sooo my good friend nic k has a spare so will be putting that one one instead.

Also perks of working a big chain gains me access to some car bits so I have put some nice blue screen wash in and cleaned around the bay a bit.

It's not a great looking bay as looks completely standard bar the air filter and hose.

And this monstrosity!!

But strange thing is it does not sound like a baileys more like a recurc when I out the foot down. But when I rev it at a stand still, it's makes that ear piercing noise?

Not to worry as its coming off for a full recurc once my fmic turns up

Anyway I cleaned the headlights due to them being sunburned and slight neglect fr the previous owner.

I used a dewatering spray which I think did an awesome job.

Sorry about pants iPhone pics but its deffo shiny than the misty look it had before.

Oh some wanted pics of the spoilerless boot.

At the moment the holes are just filled with black grommets as couldn't find any white ones.
This is a make do until I can source a lip spoiler.
Once I have one ill weld the holes and spray it up.

Again would anyone be able to advise me on my yellow tints as I'm doing the fogs but am also considering the main lights???

Is it too much or could it be pulled off???

Also looking into a nice exhaust system Aswell but was thinking of doing twin shotguns as they used to sound mentally loud on silvias.

Yea man might be a little while longer than I anticipated but it'll look good very soon.

Debating on wheel colour white, or gunmetal are my current thoughts but having crazy ideas and wanna try keeping it crisp and clean.

Any inputs/thoughts on this would be grateful.

Imo, white wheels on a white car is hard to get right as the shades need to be spot on identical or it looks wrong. Gunmetal would look good, but has been done, maybe a bit pedestrian for a drift car too? What about a matt colour? Not sure if that's practical on wheels! Carbon dipped in red? Sticker-bombed?

What's carbon dipped? And I'm trying really hard not to sticker mob anything as that's allways been my go to when things went wrong haha.

Liked the idea of sti pink but tbf I know it's not a sti but is a cool colour.

And may possibly look girly

Carbon dipping basically lets you put a carbon fibre pattern on things, not sure on the specifics of how it's done but I gather you dip a wheel or whatever in to a chemical with the pattern floating on top and it bonds. There were some wheels in the for sale section the other day with it done.

found out why my dump valve was sounding like a recurc as it was stuck in a open position greased it up and is working again.
also glued the oil cap as was apparently where common leaks occure and was making the flat plate rust with the excess.
cant wait to get this slipping clutch sorted out as its running like a non turbo bad times.
