Smile youve gotta start somewhere.

I thought i would introduce myself to you all. I am stonejedi wife .My first car i had even before i had passed my test was a Renault 5 GT Turbo, When i first got my tiny car it was a mix of different shades of colours because it was red and not taken care of. So thats when the first little mods started, First it was a few little bits on the engine nothing much just a bigger air filter dump valve and a 3inch straght though exhaust. Then came the outside of the car i changed the 13 inch standard rims for 15 inch after market ones but it didnt end there once that was done the next step was a full respray in a candy red.I also change up the front and back bumpers and put a williams bonnet on. Then a full install had to be next my boot was full of all sorts of goodies. I also had cobra buckets seats with sabelt harness. All was going great until that day my hubbie brought his wrx sti beast home to me I WANTED ONE.So i had to say good bye to my tiny little friend and hello to my big beast. My hubbie had brought me one for our wedding anniversary.I have had my wrx import a good few years now (5) and now its time for the mods to begin. Here is a few pictures of my five and some of the work that was carried out.Jen.

And now this is my beast when i first got it.

To be continued.....

I still miss my little car, i have been it to turbo charged cars for years it was my husband that got me into them. my husband had a black 5 with over 250 bhp. He was always getting parts from GT Tunning and going to santa pod.

Just an update on what I am doing next. As you may have seen my husband (stonejedi) project thread, I thought I would start to say what I am doing and how our threads are linked. My husband plan is to build himself a new engine and as his car only has 23,000 on the clock it makes sense to put his whole engine into my car, that's an 03 sti engine into a 94 classic . So far I have started to buy a few bits for the engine that I will need and the list is growing not as big as my hubby's list which is good but still big enough. My wonderful hubby has just gone and bought me my 6 speed gear box with hubs prop shafts etc... More bits coming this week so will up date again and also add more pics. Also if anyone is in the Market for a engine plus gear box just pm as they will be coming out in about two months time, both are in 100% working order and can be heard running in my carJEN.

While I am waiting for the engine transplant I thought I would start on doing some bits inside the car. When I first got the car it was in a sad way inside as it came from Japan and the last owner liked painting all plastics White . so I have now started taking out the parts to respray them back to black.
This is how it looked when I first got it.

And now, I changed the dials to White and have put in a kenwood DVD player and kenwood digital receiver, plus kenwood speakers front and back. Momo gear **** for now as I will change that when the six speed gear box goes in.

And here I am respraying some of my parts.with the very hard to find plasti dip black.
