really stupid question, what is the thing regarding the reverse manifold, what does it achieve and how hard is it to do, and can i do it, or do i need 10000bhp to gain anything lol

unfortunatley reverse manifolds only really required at above 999bhp
brakes from compbrake - and excellent service i had from them too, after a small issue

.As for the manifold jdee, It's basically just to shorten the pipe-run from intercooler to throttle body and is a lot of work for very little gain for most modified engines. You can modify your existing one, or buy off the shelf items which have a better design so will flow a little more, but the work involved is quite substantial. I had a reverse manifold that I fabricated on my old GT35 Sti RA and I had to fabricate a new alternator bracket, throttle cable bracket and mess about with lots of other little bits.
