Ok guys just been on the phone with DVLA, this car can be put on a Q plate and am also told that once its on a Q plate and documents can be provided to show the history of the vehicle, then an equivalent age registration can be issued

 

would ifi had the cash mate. btw, not forgotten you. just stupidly busy on the day job. give me 5 mines and i'll get those cloth sizes over to you.
