Default Intergrale Evo Intercooler

Has anyone past or present been involved in fitting the above as an FMIC to a 1994 WRX. ???

Any thoughts appreciated and info will be passed on.

Personally I'm not sure if it's possible, but if anyone can say otherwise, that'll be great.

Cheers

Dave

Cheers Dean,

You've done a cracking job by the looks of it.

My neice and her boyfriend have been offered the Lancia IC for next to nothing, I may try and have a look at it for them. Time permitting!

All in good time, may be no good at all.

If it's a stock Lancia i/c, I'm pretty sure you'd be better moving your slanty TMIC to the front of your car Have you seen photos?

Hi again,

I'm hoping to see the IC at the weekend, I will take some measurements and a piccie.

Lets say it can be fitted, what adjustments would be best made.? To further improve performance?

cheers

Dave.

As said above.....wait till you seen it. Personally i love integrales and would sell my soul for a good one. However the intercooler is crap! You're better off sticking with the standard subaru one for all the hassle, time and money you spend trying to get it to fit. The only advantage the Lancia one has over the subaru is it's location.

Tony.

I have an 8v Grale and I am fairly sure the intercooler is the same as on a Renault 5 gt turbo.
Anyone know if I am right

Hi Chaps

Now seen the IC for real. It's condition is real pants! for a start. It's layout would be very difficult to set up all the pipework and yes it is too small.

Plans now scrapped, they will most likely look at other options HKS or whatever. Early days still though.

Appreciate your views though, cheers.
