Nothing to do with Imprezas or even Subarus but it is a serious DIY car-project.

Hmmm very interesting. I am currently collecting various components for my own planned Locost build next year (2004), co-incidentally I plan on using an IRS rear, but with a scoob LSD. I shall be watching this site with interest
Good Luck

Hi carl, I'm in the process of building one myself!! looks like I'm a bit further on than you as my chassis is almost finished ( just needs a few brackets and the wishbones making). Im using a 1300 gt spec ford crossflow which is currently in bits and just about to be rebuilt and I am building it as per the book as I intend to race it in the championship in 2004 if things go according to plan!! good luck and keep at it!! If you need any help/can help me in any way email anytime. pumpers.

Hehe, nice to see someone else gullible enough to attempt it!
I'd be interested in the pictures, mail them to me as per profile.
Just waiting for the old man to get the call from a local scrap yard to tell him to come and remove his gearbox atm. Then he can get the measurements for the tunnel etc and continue welding!

Hey Craig, thanks for the pics, sorry for not getting back to you sooner, it took nearly a week to download them.
Looks excellent though, keep it up!
The old man has just trial fitted the engine in his, pics should be added to the website within the next couple of days.
