Default Saloon arched front and rear wide wagon

I've posted some of this already in an introduction post but thought I'd start an actual project post.
It started out as a daily runaround 2005 wagon but unfortunately

Managed to source a full car being broke and bought the front end, I'd already been looking at saloon front ends before the accident so the accident was a good excuse to do it sooner. Managed to get it back on the road and all for less than my excess )

Then the fun part started, I also decided to have a go at the saloon rear quarter and bought them off the same doner car, they had a few knocks etc but knew they'd need plenty of work anyway so didn't matter.

Then the cutting started

Then the lining up, luckily saloon rear quarters are roughly 1" longer than the wagons so plenty to mess about with.

Once I was happy with the location of it all, I had to widen the inner arches. The way this was done was with a number of slots the hammering the inner wings out to meet the new outer arch, I then folder the arch lip up to have the same affect as an arch roll.

Then fully welded all the edges

Any finally this was today's mission, wide track arches and bumper mod. Still have to shorten the lower section of the bumper.

Very cool, colour spot on

Look the bo!!ocks with the red calipers and a decent set of gloss black alloys on it.

Saw this on FB. Tasty and I do like the colour. Are you running spacers, as the wheels do fill the arches very nicely? Top work.

Rota G-force, definitely wouldn't get away with them on a standard wagon without some massive camber.
