The 555 doesn't have DCCD. It's based on the standard STI v2, not the RA. The RA sticker on the back isn't original, it was stuck on by the previous owner, and I'd have taken it off if I were absolutely sure I wouldn't damage the paintwork.
Are you sure the car you had was a 555 and not a Type-RA V-Ltd? They look very similar and are often confused.

No worries mate
I've had Imprezas for years and I still find the model range confusing - especially given how few cars out there still have all the original parts on them!
