Exclamation Full kit to to convert any classic to a dccd set up

I'm having a 6 speed dccd diff and the bigger R180 rear diff (plus drive shafts etc) fitted to my P1 at Zen this week, so my original P1 5 speed gearbox (52k miles from new/one owner) which has had a dccd centre diff fitted to it for the last 4k miles, is up for grabs. This was also fitted by Zen in a very smooth job. I'm changing as my car now runs around 450 bhp (and who knows where next ) so I want something future prooof.

I won't be selling my existing wiring to go with this as I need that for my new box, but it will operate without any wiring in fully open mode i.e. 65R/35F split which helps make it more like a RWD, or you can buy a cheapish Neetronics controller to make it fully controllable, or you can find an OEM wiring kit on here. Relatively simple to wire up apparently (only two wires to the gearbox itself). To be honest I drive around with it fully open pretty much all of the time anyway.

Given that the P1 runs 4.44 diffs and 1:1 transfer gears, I am also selling my P1 4.44 suretrac rear diff with the appropriate shafts together with the P1/Sti quickshift gear linkage to allow the purchaser to convert any uk classic or Euro classic to a dccd set up. Longer set up than manic RA, but good on motorway and still pretty close ratio.

The kit will be at Zen for a week or so (if you cross their palms with silver I'm sure that they'd fit it for you and source a controller )

Summary of kit

P1 gearbox TY754VBAAA (stronger later bellhousing 8 point attachment)
Associated gear linkage
Dccd centre diff in place of the original viscous diff
P1 rear diff (4.44 viscous suretrac)
P1 rear shafts to fit viscous diff.
Propshaft
Also will throw in my P1 rear hubs and oem rear brakes, although I believe shafts will work with standard fit items.

£950 all in.

Hiya

That's all in for my kit ( plus the free rear hubs, slotted rear discs, brakes pads.).

If you don't want to fit it yourself - Zen would do a great job, but will obviously charge to fit it. They fitted it to mine in the first place so I can vouch for that.

Cheers
