Default Fully built 2.3 complete engine

Think i need a good slap or a good talking too,but im having thougths of selling up and getting somthing new and a more child friendly road car !!,we have just this week had our 2nd child, little ebony and along with billy now 3 its getting me seriously thinking (as we only have the 1 car) that it is a tad pointless in finishing my buld even though it is almost comlplete,if i can get a good offer on the engine i will prob break the car, really dont want to do this and please no one get face on if i decide to change my mind and keep/finish the car, this is just to gauge any interest in the most valuable part of the car.
I have just spent over 2k cash on re-freshing the engine (labour and parts).

Full spec and details.

The engine is a 2.0l CDB with SMG liners taking it to 2.3.
Was built to final spec last year by scoobyclinic.covered 3k in total before re-fresh,1k of that wasa running in on propper running in map, other 2k at 1.8bar max and very rarely driven hard,

Custom billet 78mm pheonix crank,
Manley rods,
11mm oil pump,
JE 97mm coated pistons,
Total seal rings,
Spec-c 2006 Big port avcs heads and cams,

As the engine sits now after i have just had it stripped and re-freshed by Paul @ sheffieldsubauservice.
All fresh and not fitted/run
The engine was stripped and inspected due to my last car setting on fire and the plan was/is to have it checked over for the new car.

Work just carried out.
Total strip and clean all new seals/gaskets etc assembled with 3-bond and graphogen etc.
Heads were re-freshed,inc new genuine subaru stem seals, new valves re lapped in.
Engine was treated to complete new ACL race series bairings, bores cleaned/light hone, new set of Total seal piston rings, cosworth 0.78mm headgaskets, power enterprise kevlar belt.
The roacker covers were painted in the VHT crinkle red and big breathers core plugged off to stop oil surge, along with the pulley covers also painted crinkle red,it sits nicely in my kitchen complete with all sensors etc so its a complete engine as new,oh sump was fitted with -8 fitting for return to sump from catch tank and painted in vht matt black re-sealed with 3-bond,also has irridium 8 race plugs and coil packs fitted, basically its ready to fit and run-in if i can get a good offer i will beak the car .
Prob bits iv forgotten.
Full spec on other parts if any interest in the engine if not i will fit and finish the build.
Also had strongest magnetic sump plug, dip stick, oil cap,gfb polished front pulley, as it sits in pics,GT35r with 63 housing and rcm headers/twisted kit all wrapped with DEI titanium wrapp, offers with / without turbo and headers.
