do these require repainting ??? have they been painted before or did they come out the factory sprayed

scatches etc etc

on the skirts where the mud flap spats fitted will they clean up as i dont like the mud spats or will they need repainting at the ends ?

Dont know if its factory paint, I doubt it.

They have the usual scuffs underneath and it would really depend how fussy you are whether you'd want them painted.
