hi there are the stri version 4 rear hubs for 1 or 2 pot rear brakes ?

They are for single pot calipers

Yes the are genuine and they where baught for my uk impreza turbo 2000 year 2000. I still have the reciept from subaru. I will try to get pics up for you today if i get time.
