api modded oil pump in excellent condition only 2000miles no longer needed as new forge engine has a rcm modded jobby already fitted £80prov sold

 

hi mate can you tell me what has been upgraded on the oil pump as it just looks like its just been sprayed red(with a bit of overspray on the oil seal)?? not being funny just want to know?

 

A genuine APi modded pump has internal changes [ I won't say what on here 'cos there'll be hundreds of " APi pumps " suddenly created overnight, that have never been anywhere near Warwickshire ]

Essentially they have been blue printed and flowed and the pressure set for a specific figure.

We paint them red so that they can easily be identified from just looking in the engine bay. But they are marked [ coded ] internally to tell us job number and date.

Any overspray can only be from the colour running after solvent has been used to clean it, as the oil pump builder here fits the oil seal after the body has had the red crackle treatment.

They are £100.00 + VAT exchange for the 10mm [ we must have a 10 mm or better in return ] 11 or 12 mm pumps are currently not on an exchange basis we will modify / blueprint the customers original.
