Exact same as the rb320 item,grp, not flimsy plastic,i had a genuine rb320 one on mine which are rediculous new around £400 and it only took a slight touch of a speed bump or a curb and it just shattered,this one seems 100 x more robust and still light enough,it has all the fiting holes pre-drilled,and is finished in a semi-matt black very nice finish so it is ready to fit,i managed to get a carbon one for mine at reasonable money so never used this one,it can either be fixed in place with the proper 10mm push clips these are 40 od pence each from subaru or just use good old 10mm bolts/nuts (this is what i used) and i had the proper clips,just felt a bit better imo with nuts and bolts ,looking for £85 collected from sheffield.
