whot can you do about this i won an exhaust on ebay for 50 quid and the ebayer will not send it because he said its to cheap

 

report him to ebay thats all you can do. i sell on ebay and i sell quite a lot of stuff and if things only sell for 99p i still send them. what is the users name on ebay?

not a lot mate i dont think. sh1te isnt it. contact ebay and tell them that was his reason for not giving the item.

If he said he lost it, or it was now broke that is a legitimate reason not to go ahead with sale, but saying its too cheap isnt a valid reason.

he has got a subaru back box for sale on ebay now for £50 buy it now is that the one you won?

 

If you paid via PayPal then you could start a claim for non delivery of the goods despite you having paid for them, but PayPal will only accept your claim after 30 days (but check on this).

You could also complain to eBay as the seller agreed to the contract to sell the item and as the buyer it is not your fault that the auction ended the way it did. The idiot seller should either have set a reserve/high starting price or buy it now auction.

You fulfilled your end of the contract but this muppet now does not want to sell it at the end price - tough luck for him.

If the eBay approach fails then your next step I suppose is the small claims court in which case you might be better off asking for a full refund.

the guys a d**k just checked his feedback he sold a numer plate fora fiver andnever sent it ethier .

he has another exhaust on now it was a prodrive exhaust i won now he has a universal one on for 50quid

u can fone ebay helpline direct and they will sort it mate.if not then paypal but either way u should get your money back! ive had it before and always got it sorted but does take a little while.

I just said to my missus that it's the third time it's been up. It went for 43 quid the first time. I'd just sent him a message asking him what was the score as well. I was going to report him to ebay as I thought it was a bit fishy, then i logged on here and saw this. It's not the first time he's done it either. He sold a number plate but it only went for £5.50 and according to his feedback he didn't send it, probably for the same reason.

I've got one on ebay at the min in very good condition. It's a bit more than 50 quid though.

As for the other tosser I think all you can do is report him and leave bad feedback. Unless you've actualy paid for it then there's nothing else you can do.

 

I've just sent him a ****agram and reported him to ebay. I suggest everyone else does the same. If everyone does it once then hopefully he'll get the message. If not it'll at least **** him off having to sort through all the messages!

you have 45 days from paying to make a claim from paypal.

 

Have you actualy paid him and if so did he refund it back?

 

Sorry to hear this mate, if sellers dont want to fu*king sell at cheap prices then they should put a reserve on it!
