You have to map them to be safe and to realise their bhp/lb ft-adding potential... so best to combine them with decat downpipe, new panel filter, Walbro pump at the very least.
Unless you're after over 400bhp or so, then the best ones would be harvey's ported and polished OEM jobs - together with the up-pipe - as they won't hold you back on outright power up to that sort of level... PLUS... the ported OEM up-pipe will gain you upto 500rpm earlier turbo spool-up. Win-win.
You can either remove your own ones and send them to harvey to port and polish - or buy a set outright from him. I think he has them off the shelf, not sure...
