Bottom end knocking? or is it not turning? Has somebody looked at the issue? As much details about the issue would be appreciated.

As i know someone who has asked me to look out for a Type r with bottom end gone. (wants me to repair) but not sure if he wants white and need to give him approx cost hence why i need to know how bad the engine is? Was the car ran after it started knocking?

The bottom end started knockin and as soon as it got quite loud i pulled over and turned it off, and had it towed away. i've had quotes for a std build for under a grand to a forged engine rebuild commin 2 £2800....if i get the money i'm after for it i'll sell it but if not i'll consider getting it fixed?
