My car has developed a knock when started from cold, Also knocks when reved over 3k rpm. I am told its the crank.

car still starts first time every time and runs ok apart from the knock. Its not been taken over 2.5k rpm since I noticed the knocking.

Would rather sell as a complete car rather than have the hassle of breaking it up. Car has the below mods:

Subaru 4 pot front brake upgrade from 2 pot.
Version 4 (I think) rear Spolier
Version 5 Front scoop (quite big )
Full decat- Megan racing down pipe, firestorm back box. (unsure what center section is but it is decat)
wrx gear box as the last one shed 3rd gear
Exeddy upgraded organic clutch
hks ssqv replica dump valve sounds great if you like that sort of thing.
center console with boost oil temp and oil pressure gauges
17" subaru wheels with brdgestone potenza tyres
crystal clear side repeaters
its got 127k on the clock.
Sony explode head unit and fly sub in the boot (tho I may remove these for my next car)


offside rear and front door and bonnet have some key marks due to some jealous gimp as does the bonnet and ns wing. Front bumper has some paint missing due to me hitting the back of a van in the snow but no other damge to the bumper.

Both front wings have a dent in each but could probably be pushed out with.

Speedo doesnt work, rev counter and all other gauges do work just speedo needle doesnt work.

Also the Car has a Thatcham Cat 1 Toad alarm with perimiter sensor fitted november last year but if I dont get a decent offer its coming out and going in my next car

 

Its now up on ebay for the next five days. if it doesnt sell there here or other places I have it advertised then I will be breaking it. Front end is kinda spoken for unless he gets one before then.
