I am removing from my car a P1 gearbox, the reason im changing it is because it has become noisy and 4th gear synchro has been crunching for a quiet a long time (only when revs are over 3k though, under this it changes ok)

It has started to whine on acceleration and gets a bit noisy at high revs but if im honest it works fine except for the 4th gear issue. Im not a gearbox expert and didn't fancy taking it apart and attempting to bugger it up even more!

I appreciate it's not going to be worth much but equally they are rare it's to find
