Uprated engine+gearbox mounts - brand new
As above, brand new and boxed. 1 Gearbox mount 2x Engine mounts.
Genuine STi/Grp N mounts.

less movement I think means less power loss and perhaps a negligible improvement in handling as the heavy bits aren't moving around?

yep, just stiffens everything up and reduces movement.
