Yes, and as long as you do not already have an EcuTek license you can pull, edit and flash a new map using other Open Source tools...

Or you can use it along with ECUExplorer to get realtime data from your car and reset/read fault codes.
Mine paid for itself when I have a Oxy sensor fault.
