FOR SALE AT £7000


First off. Please DO NOT ask to buy any of the parts from this car as I do not want to start breaking it up.

I bought the car with the intentions of preparing it to GrpN spec or a Tarmac sprint car.

Since I bought the car at the start of the year I have never driven it on the road, only to turn it round in the drive way.
The chap who owned it before me also never used it and he imported it from Japan a bfew years ago. I will need to check the documents to see when it came in.

The car is an MY 2000 Subaru Impreza STI Version 6 Ra.
White in colour
Standard engine and running gear.
Condition is as new with only one small mark on the drivers front wing that is about 30mm long and has been touched up with the pen. I am very picky myself but thats the only bit that I see !!!!

Interior has be fully removed, leaving only the door cards and dash(which has been trimed to allow the cage to be fitted)

There has been an OMP cage fitted, seat bars have been welded in to take the Prodrive mounts and Toora seats.
Sound deadening has been removed.
Welding was carried out by one of the chaps M Sport uses.
All high quality stuff

To finish the interior off I was going to have the dash Flocked the cage and interior cleaned up and sprayed white to give it a nice fresh look.

I have had a set of Bilstein coilovers fitted and they come with three sets of springs.
There are Cusco lower and upper braces on the rear, Cusco brace on the lower front and the STI on the upper front.

There have been stainless lines fitted alround.

There are bits n bobs like Zero sport radiator splitters and intercooler splitters fitted.

The seats, as mentioned, are Toora,s and I got the six point harness for the drivers side and five point for the co-pilot. They sit on Prodrive mounts.
Co pilot side is to have the Prodrive foot rest fitted.

Airbag steering wheel has been removed and replaced with a Sparco Suede item with the two buttons and proper boss.

The car is sitting on a set of Speedline Corse 17,s with Pirrelli P zeros and has also got spare Corse wheels with tyres. There is another set of 16,s with it too.
Prodrive mirrors take the place of the original items.
A set of Mudflaps fitted too.

I cant remember what else there is.

I would like to keep this car as I want to get it up to spec and use it myself, but due to heavy work load abroad and the forthcoming sale of our house with a relocation to the south of England I just dont seem to have any time to get near it.

If anyone is genuinely interested then drop me a mail and I can try and fill in any blanks I have left.

I dont intend giving it away, but at the same time I am open to offers.
iI the right money is offered , I will consider it.

I know what its due me but I guess thats not the point.

Feel free to make comment on what I should expect to get for it.

I will add some piccys to let you see what it looks like. There are some piccys with the dash out etc.
The dash is now fully built and the car drives with no problems. Just needs geometry set up.

From what i read you have coilovers on the car and i'm not interested in them just wondered if you still had the originals ?
Not an unreasonable assumption i thought.

....apart from some parts such as the pillar plastics, inner sills etc.

 

Shame, as i think that's what is puting some people off.
