why?

 

if its an upgrade or contract phone orange 12 months cover is only valid with the supplied sim card, had my mates upgraded k700i and orange refused to repair it unless he called it in as faulty as the phones imei was not listed to my sim number. the orange cover is on the contract not the phone.

also if u unlock the phone then you aint covered .

 

hmmn so howcome the samsung i upgraded last year and gave to my brother in law buggered up 3 months ago, he walked into a orange shop they checked the imei said yes covered and repaired no questins asked
