Try DR Motorsport (http://www.drmotorsport.co.uk) for a cheap supply of the lights (160 quid for a pair + P&P) with excellent service. That's lights only, so you'll need to get yourself to maplin to buy a fuse, relay and some wire.

GGR sell mounting brackets for 20 quid-ish.

Cost less than 200 quid all in.
