I would be very surprised if it didn't, as they are effectively the same car. If it didn't fit I would be perfectly happy to give you your money back. Might be worth offering it up if you pick it up ? or I can take a photo of it ?

You should have some pictures of the towbar - looks like it's like the removable one you described.
