After 18 months and 19000 marvellous miles, I'm selling my car, as I want something that is more trackday oriented, and possibly competition worthy next year.
Official Ralliart car (no 026, I think). July 99. Black.

About 4k of mods, but have most of the original bits if you don't want the mods.
Scoobysport/Haywood&Scott stainless backbox, cat replacement, and centre pipe
Leda fully adjustable gas damped suspension
Dragon 2 piece front disks (unwarpable, as far as I can tell)
Decent ICE with Kenwood/Infinity stuff, inc 10 disk changer
Spec-R dump valve
Clear side repeaters
Ralliart lower temp coolant thermostat (81 instead of 85 I think)
Red mudflaps
Smoke tint windows (professionally done by Autotint)
Front Ralliart alloy strut brace
PIAA driving lights with 130W Superwhite bulbs. PIAA superwhites in headlights too
1.1bar radiator cap
Uprated Ralliart HT leads
Ralliart/Powerflex bushes & mounts (front roll bar bushes, front suspension bushes & mounts, rear upper mounts)
Ralliart air filter
Blitz Combined turbo timer/digital boost gauge
Full Mitsubishi service history (inc recent 18000 mile)
New SO2 tyres, new front pads

I'll probably start at £21500, negotiable depending on what bits you want.

And please nobody ask me for any bits on their own. I'll only do that if you also give me a buyer who wants the car without the bits you want :-)

I'm buying a trackcar but am also looking for a "runaround". Want a LWB Shogun, £8-10k worth, if anybody has one they want to PX (unlikely, but I may as well ask).

Things go off the bottom quite quickly don't they...

No, I'm not buying my brother's Ginetta. He's rebuilding the rear corner with no particular difficultly, BTW.

Nope. I want something challenging to drive .

Expect to see me in something RWD with way too much power at a track near you soon .

Really like to sell asap now. Just handed over a deposit on a twin-bike-engined Westfield. 0-100 in 6.8s . Mr Felsted had better watch his back

Are you sure with you on board you will still be able to manage those performance figures ?.

2*17.5st blokes, in the wet, we managed 8.6s. Remove a bloke and cut that by about 15%, and dry roads cut it a bit more.

And this puts it to the top again.

I've had a dealer offer me £18.5k in standard form, and I could probably sell all the bits for a grand or so. Asking price now down to £20500 with all mods, or £19500 without.

You want it. You know you do .

I think Andrew's car is one I used to walk past and lust over on my way to the station before I moved elsewhere - it really was in fine condition.

No consolation if you're looking for a quick sale, but if you'd advertised it here just 6 weeks ago, I'd probably have had if off you. As it is, I've just spent 9K more on a new one

Good luck with the sale.

Gary.

Andrew

On a serious note. Dealer money seems very low or does the EVO just not hold their value ?. Yes I know the P1 is hardly setting the world on fire.

Was think of a Makinen for myself, but these levels of depreciation but me off a bit as I'd only have one for a year.
