The car in question is an exceptionally clean dark green P reg UK turbo 2000
This car is an oddball in scoobynet terms because it has not been modified
but think of the rarity value 
It comes with extensive service history (some Subaru/some independent) dating back to day 1, showing regular oil changes, cam belt at 50k, etc.
It has all the usual stuff you find on the UK cars of the era
