does it include bumper bar bracket or is it just the skin???

 

It's as it came off the car having undone the plastic clips. It has the the number plate bracket but not the thin metal brackets that position the wrap round ends.

 

so its just a skin then basically
does it include the sti foglight covers?

 

It's a front bumper. Any fixings not mentioned form part of the construction of the car body, so you should already have them . It has the backing plates for the fog lights but no covers.

I don't know what you mean by 'bumper bar bracket'

 

its the main metal part that bolts into your chassi legs at the front just behind the headlights (2 x 17 mm head bolts either side)
its also the bit that gets squashed in a decent impact
normally to remove a front bumper you undo the bolts mentioned 4 in total then undo the 2 m6 10mm head bolts into the wing -bumper corners plus 2 more underneath bumperskin to front panel and hey presto the bumper is off (unless you have to unclip foglamp wires)
