Evo 5 For Sale
With great regret the time has come to put my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V up for sale. The car is a 1998 'R' plate Evo V GSR with the usual GSR spec of Air Con, Electric Windows (front and rear), Remote Central Locking with origianl Mitsubishi Key, PIAA Front Fog Lights, Recaro Interior, Momo Steering Wheel and Dual Air-Bags. Imported in the Autumn of 2003 by a local dealer we are the 1st UK owner and have the original sales details from Japan to confirm a current mileage of 35k miles (46k kilometres in Japan and 6k miles in UK)
Finished in gleaming White, the bodywork is almost immaculate. There are not dents/dings/scratches anywhere on the car. Only modifications over standard are some Evo VI 17" OZ alloys finished in white which are totally immaculate and fitted with almost new Bridgestone SO-2's, a full Cusco Rear Diff which replaces the entire AYC system, a HKS Panel Filter, a HKS Super Dragger exhaust system with CAT replacement pipe, Forge Alloy Adjustable Actuator, Forge Alloy Blow Off Valve, Ferodo DS2500 pads all round (only 1500 miles use), Ralliart Eibach springs, Ralliart gearknob and clear front/side indicators.
The standard GSR Spec interior of Recaro seats in grey/black is also immaculate with no rips/tears/burns in the fabric. This Evo 5 also benefits from a Cobra CAT1 alarm, an essential to get insurance on a car like this! We have the Evo insured with Elephant (www.elephant.co.uk) if your after a good quote that doesn't require a Tracker fitted.
This really is an exceptionally clean, well cared for Evo V that you won't find fault with. Sadly we have to let it go due to an impending house purchase and wedding
