is the downpipe a decat & will it fit to a classic my95 wrx - if so how much?

downpipe.
not 100% sure i think it is but got a email the other day with someone saying that subaru dont do decats and it went on the car from new .it will fit classic shape car looking for £50 to £60 plus p&p

Hi the downpipe is not a decat as its been on the car from new and i dont think subaru made a decat downpipe.
