I have just had the above removed from my car..MY98 UK turbo as i have taken part in the P.E remap group buy

My car has been running 238bhp with a centre section and back box with a green air filter.
This figure is from powerstation last year.
The chip was on the car when i bought it.

I believe the boost could be increased to give around 270bhp.

Going for £100.

 

hi m8 i have a my98 and its running at 253bhp wiil this chip take it up to what you say or was you just told that and when you say ur car is running at 238bhp was that with the chip fitted

 

you kept that one quite and we all thought you were just a good driver

powerstation are always low add about 20 bhp to be the same as power engineering rollers

The figure i got from powerstation was 238bhp last year.
I have heard that they always under rate their readings.

I had my car re-mapped at power engingeering this monday.
When they put the car on the rollers, they gave it 265bhp!

To be honest, i didnt know my car had been chipped with a superchip.
It was only when PE started the re-map that they found it.

are these chips easy to fit or would i have to have my car mapped and your car is 275bhp so is the chip still on your car

 

The superchip is a seperate small black box which is wired into your car.
This has now been removed from my car, and i have had the original chip on my car re-mapped using the ecutek software.
I do not know how to re-install the superchip.
It has four short wires comming from it which would have to be connected. I would have thought it would be a fairly quick job for someone who knows what they are doing.

Had one on my - my97 uk and got 267bhp from it with full decat.
