A word of advice there is no distinction between WR Sport versions of the RB5 or any other WR package.

The suspension mods were marketed as "Driving Enhancements package" and nothing whatsoever to do with WR, just thought I'd point that out so that readers of the bulletin board aren't mislead.

I have for sale my much loved RB5 which I have had from new so it's one owner. It is a full sport so it's got the Prodrive upgrade on the engine and suspension. It has had all its proper services and still has 9 months left of the Subaru extended warranty. It has a 6 changer CD player and Tracker. I would like offers over £15,000 please. I am a computer dodo but can probably manage to send photos if required though I think most of you will know what a Prodrive RB5 looks like!

IIRC the RB5 was actively marketed as the WR Sport (as an option) and sold as such. Whilst you're right in saying they are no different to an ordinary full WR, the RB5 WR will attract a premium as they are a Ltd Edition of a Ltd Edition sort of thing

All Prodrive enhancements were marketed under the "WR" banner.

Apologies, I probably wasn't making myself clear enough...

There is only one kind of WR Sport for the RB5, the notion that there is a full version and a "not so full" variant is erroneous.

It's either a WR sport or it's not!

The Driving enhancements package is just another Prodrive Mod and therefore should not be linked with the WR Sport option.

 

Thanks for all the comments guys - when I registered for the RB5 OC when it first started I sort of gathered that with the addition of the Prodrive suspension pack it was called a full sport. Whatever its called it handles like a dream and looks really good being that little bit lower!
