No the dash from the P1 will not fit a 1993 WRX.

Dash will fit but require work. Its a pain in the ****- need to change heating controls for one thing.
The suspension is top stuff! I got P1 suspension on MY95wrx and it is excellent. No bumps with 225/40/18s
