Car sale forced to fund engine rebuild on my RX-7, the 6 months 0% has just run out on my credit card

I'm in Glasgow, but the car is resting in a relatives garage in Inverness, ideally I'd like to sell it from there as I don't want to have to pay for a years insurance, and can't add the car onto my existing policy.

It was 'professionally built' during the last 12 years I dare say most of it has been changed, if not then the professional certainly had some interesting ways of doing things Thankfully these have been rectified upon discovery while I've had the car
