as it says prodrive ecu for sale perfect condition even have spare immobiliser fob if needed.

Do you need an original ECU in exchange? If not, how much would I get for my AE801ECU? Am interested, but would have to get rid of my OE ecu first...

I already have a decat centre + backbox so am I right in assuming I would just need to fit samco hoses for the full performance pack?

yes that is right a y piece on the intercooler is all you really need.
