I'd say it's a bit more complex than that. The early cars come with a little elbow with a hole in it for the ISCV to vent in... the later casr do not have this so you'd have to plug the hole. The early MAF sensors are 80mm the later ones are 90mm so the elbow will just not fit on this..... unless you can stretch it .
Come on guys.... this is cheap, well worth it.

I think it says fits 93-97 models..... using my brilliant powers of reasoning that means it fits 93-97 models. So does it fit MY99..... go on have a guess dummy

IT DOES SAY FOR 93-97 MODELS, BUT I THINK THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE SPACING FOR THE BOLTS IN THE ADAPTOR PLATE WHICH COULD BE RE DRILLED.
