Re the silly offer, you did not give a guide price for the monitor so what kind of offers do you want people to start off with???
This was a starting point for negotiation and you clearly didn't want to play ball. I certainly didn't mean to offend with my offer but I am not going to come up with £250 straight up!!!
This was a piece of kit I was genuinely interested in but missed out because you did not want to start discussion!!!!
